I started training about a year ago and was incredibly unfit. Since training with Flavia I feel fitter and healthier. It’s taken time, but I can really see the difference in my body and confidence. Flavia has put together sessions that have helped me meet my goals and target those wobbly areas and given me more confidence to use other equipment at the gym.

She also supports me with eating options and home workouts so I can continue the good work out of the gym! If you had asked me over a year ago whether I like working out I would have categorically said no, but now I enjoy and look forward to my PT sessions each week. I can thoroughly recommend Flavia, Personal trainer, her professionalism, knowledge and general happiness means that I look forward to seeing her each time, her encouragement and humour help alot during tiring sessions. She creates fresh exercise plans for each session and a regular weekly check in to see how I am doing in reaching my goals. Flavia is such a motivational and creative PT. I’ve been working with Flavia since January to build strength to support my flexibility. As a yoga teacher I appreciate the knowledge and experience Flavia has and is able to share with me in our sessions. I struggle to find ways to get cardio into my week so being able to combine cardio with my strength training is just amazing!

My sessions with Flavia are weekly initially in-person and now online in lockdown. The way Flavia has adapted her sessions and training to work online is impressive. I’m left sweating and smiling ear-to-ear! Every week is a mix of techniques keeping me on my toes.
