If you’re interested in 1-2-1 sessions during this time of uncertainty then why not try a live Zoom training session. Session times offered are 30mins, 45mins, or a full 1hr, with a full warm up, main workout and cool down. Your sessions will be tailored to your goals and abilities just like a face to face session. I will help you with technique and form throughout to make sure you're moving your body in the safest way.
