Online and Hybrid training

Option 1: Online Coaching (via my training app)


Perfect if you want expert support with total flexibility.

If you’re interested in 1-2-1 coaching but prefer to train at home or at your gym (or fit sessions around work, life, and family), my online training via my coaching app could be a great fit.

You’ll receive:

  • A personalised training programme tailored to your goals, experience, and any injuries or postpartum considerations

  • Video demonstrations and clear guidance for every exercise

  • Ongoing coach support, check-ins, and progress tracking

  • Workouts you can complete in your own time, with sessions ranging from 30–60 minutes, including warm-ups and cool-downs

This option provides structure and accountability without requiring you to be online at a specific time.

Option 2: Hybrid Coaching (App + Live/face-to-face Sessions)


The best of both worlds.

If you’d like extra accountability or hands-on support, you can choose a hybrid option that combines:

  • A fully personalised programme delivered through my app

  • Plus live Zoom sessions, or if you are local to me, a 1-hour face-to-face session for coaching, technique, and form feedback

Live sessions follow the same structure as face-to-face training, with a full warm-up, main workout, and cool-down, while your app-based workouts support you between sessions.
